Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery Date

All orders are processed within 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Japan Life Pharmaceutical is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Refund Policy

Terms & Condition for Product Returns

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 2022/06/13.

Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped.

1. A possible Return/Exchange may be allowed if you received a DEFECTIVE product.  In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will replace it with a new or equivalent product after checking our inventory.

Please contact us via email, or in this platform within seven (7) days after receiving the product.  After this period, we will not be able to accept returns and exchanges.

2. A possible Return/Exchange may be allowed if you received an INCORRECT product from what you ordered.

Please contact us via email, or in this platform within eight (8) days after receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns and exchanges

We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases, we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. We will do our utmost efforts to resolve your query with speed, ease, and with absolute minimal inconvenience.

Return Postage

In case of return for customer's convenience, the customer will be accountable to shoulder the return shipping costs.

However, we will shoulder the costs of exchanging the defective item or incorrectly delivered item.
